We met Laurie in 2003 when we purchased our first home. It was such a pleasurable experience we did not think twice about calling anyone else when we decided to purchase a new home and sell our existing home this year.
We cannot express in words how hard and above the call of duty Laurie will go for her clients. If it was not for Laurie we truly believe our dream home would never have happened. You will not find a more hard working person than Laurie. There were so many things that almost derailed this transaction you would not even believe us if we told you. Laurie always had multiple backup plans for every single obstacle that came our way and it was ludicrous how many there were. Laurie always maintained a positive outlook and disposition which helped us through all of the difficulties of purchasing this house. With a lesser real estate agent we know this home purchase would not have happened. Laurie is so passionate and dedicated to helping her clients. She's proved it two times for us now!

I have known Laurie DesRochers both personally and professionally for over 20 years. When COVID hit I was temporarily furloughed and decided that it was the perfect time to take advantage of the sellers market and called Laurie right away to get a Market Analysis. Laurie got right back to me and even with all the uncertainties and new hurdles, Laurie remained calm and professional. My Townhome, at Fox Hollow in Manchester, sold in only one showing and way over the asking price. Immediately after that, the Governor announced that real estate companies must shut down and all transactions cease.
